Helping you gain confidence in the kitchen while you heal from diet culture
As a private chef and dedicated cooking instructor, I thrive in the kitchen where I transform cooking into a powerful creative outlet and a means to nurture both my community and my own well-being. My mission is to redefine our relationship with food, moving away from diet culture towards a world where food is celebrated as a way to connect, enjoy, and share meaningful stories.
Join me in building a food culture rooted in joy and connection. Outside the kitchen, I live with my husband Chris, and together we embrace a life full of delicious food, and building community in Philadelphia.
You may be wondering, why do you call your business Stay Doughy? This concept has been in the works for a very long time, and in a conversation with my dear friend brainstorming names for what to call this venture, she suggested Stay Doughy. It evokes cooking and baking, while also playing on the idea of accepting our bodies as they are – doughy rolls and all.
If you have any questions, feedback, tips, or just want to say hi, I’d love to hear from you.
